Subject: Water and Credit Card legslation in the US

Dear George,

Thank you for the Brasscheck video on the proposed US Congress's grab
for water/property rights.

The purpose of a Grand Jury is to investigate and indict on issues of
serious offences and maladministration. The Grand Jury must concur that
there is a true bill of indictment to be taken to a Petit/Trial Jury where
Justice is administered, ie: rights are protected and wrongs punished.

The legislative power of congress is subject to the approval/judgment of
the People.

When "governmental" wrongs are committed or intended, the People ought
not tolerate this ... and remedy by way of the traditional Grand Jury is
essential.

The same applies to the proposed intentional deceptive legislation
regarding credit cards. TV news reports that the US Congress are debating
legislation to legitimise credit card contracts. Credit cards are totally
outside the law because there are no lawful/legal contracts binding the
lender nor the borrower. Under common law, there are 8 essential elements
for the creation of a contract, ie: (1) offer; (2) acceptance; (3)
sufficient consideration; (4) capacity to contract; (5) intention to enter
legal relations; (6) legality of purpose; (7) genuine consent; and (8)
certainty of terms. All there essential elements must be met for there to be
a contract created .... and a legal maxim says that "A charter or deed not
in being is not valid".

Yours sincerely,
John Wilson.

WE do have the same situation in Australia
Who owns the water on your land?

You do, unless you've sold the rights.

The federal government would like to
cut out the middleman - you - and take
control over it...in the interests of
protecting it.

The Masonic gang - a "society with secrets" - are well-known
throughout the world.

The secrets they have are the names of their members, and the terrible
crimes they have all committed.

They are bound together by shame and fear. Each Mason is blackmailed
with the threat of punishment for what he has already done, unless he
obeys his master and commits more crime.

With NO qualifications, Masons masquerade as lawyers, as doctors, as
judges and so on.

The "doctors" torture and kill the sick. The disease is blamed.

The "lawyers" make up the law. It has no bearing on real justice.
